Here’s What The Two-Days Look Like.

  • 01 - Before the Retreat

    We start by understanding your team’s world before we ever step into the room. That way, our time together is about solving the right problems, not discovering them.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    •Pre-retreat leadership intake to understand your structure, priorities, and pressure points.

    •Review of your current org chart, key roles, and main systems/tools in use.

    •Short survey or interviews with selected leaders and team members to understand what’s really happening on the ground.

  • 02 – Day 1: Reveal the Truth About How the Work Actually Happens

    Day 1 is about getting everything out of your heads and onto the table. We map how things really work today, not how they work on paper, so everyone can see the gaps and duplicate effort clearly.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    •Align on the real vision and what “success” should look like in the next 6-12 months.

    •Map current workflows across key areas (ex. communication, projects, training, etc.).

    •Surface breakdowns: unclear roles, overlapping ownership, bottlenecks, and “only this person knows how” work.

    •Identify the most important systems to fix first, so we’re not trying to overhaul everything at once.

  • 03 – Day 2: Redesign How You Work Together

    Day 2 is where we pivot with a plan. We redesign roles, workflows, and communication so your team has one clear way of operating going forward.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    •Clarify and reset key roles and responsibilities so people know what they truly own.

    •Redesign critical workflows so handoffs are clear and repeatable across teams or departments.

    •Establish simple standards for meetings, decisions, and communication (who decides what, and how).

    •Outline key SOP/process templates the entire team will use.

    •Build a practical Action Map: what changes now, who’s responsible, and how progress will be tracked.

  • 04 – Team Executive Systems Coaching

    The real change doesn’t happen in two days; it happens in the months that follow. Our 90-Day Executive Systems Coaching supports your leaders as they walk out the new operating system in real time.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    •Monthly group or 1:1 leadership coaching focused on planning, delegation, and follow-through.

    •Ongoing refinement of the new systems as your team uses them.

    •Direct operational support for leaders who are adjusting how they lead.
